President

William has 30-plus years of experience as a business transformation leader specializing in building stakeholder-centric business processes, from guiding your organization through executive vision to full execution. He specializes in reversing inefficiencies, introducing best practices, and understanding key stakeholders. The key component for William’s success is caring for both the people and the business.

From the Peace Corps in Lesotho, Africa, to building the Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program, William has used his Master’s in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell to build communities that serve the environment and the most disadvantaged. 

William’s specialties are enabling and maintaining operations for leaders focused on vision and fundraising and developing staff who haven’t had the privileges of education and business experience. William has successfully supported many nonprofits in navigating all of the administrative and bureaucratic matters so the nonprofit leaders can concentrate on saving our communities.

Nancy Rosenbaum

Meet Nancy Rosenbaum,
Resources Management Expert

Nancy Rosenbaum has over 25 years of experience managing resources, supporting executives, and serving as a board liaison. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nancy is highly competent in working with your board members and staff, as well as in recruiting qualified personnel to complement your team. Nancy is an accomplished, personable coordinator with an extensive background in organizational management. 

Nancy can analyze data, schedule board and committee meetings, create needed reports, manage your recruiting process, and run your CRM system. She can implement and manage complex workflows and resources. Nancy accomplishes her responsibilities professionally and thoughtfully. She can enable the executive team to focus on the nonprofit’s goals and free it up to engage more with the community and its funders.

Cynthia Couch

Cynthia Couch is a former senior legal analyst with 36 years of legal and business experience within corporate legal settings, law firms, and as an independent researcher and consultant. Cynthia’s experience includes substantive legal research and writing, project management for large and complex business transactions, contracts review, design and implementation of tracking systems for legal and business processes, and management of reporting functions involving federal and state regulatory agencies, as well as the New York Stock Exchange. Cynthia also served as a business representative for her former employer, Westar Energy, Inc., on government-industry task forces and environmental initiatives.

Cynthia can perform governance reviews to determine if your bylaws and board and committee structures comply with legal requirements. She can identify issues that might need to be addressed by your attorney, your board of directors, or your management team. Cynthia will work with you to identify your tracking and maintenance needs and thoroughly review your bylaws, policies, contracts, and associated documents for business and legal requirements, deliverables, and deadlines, of which you and your staff need to be kept informed to remain in compliance with your contractual obligations.

Cynthia can also build a reliable contracts management program and establish other business processes and tracking systems to keep you on top of your contractual or other business requirements. After implementing a system, Cynthia can train your staff to take over its maintenance, allowing you to move forward and add new contracts to the system easily and efficiently.

Len Rosenthal is a performance-driven Marketing, Communications, and Strategy executive with over 20 years of experience transforming innovative ideas into successful market strategies. With an exceptional ability to develop cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, Len has a proven track record of building programs from scratch to serve thousands of customers sustainably. His approach centers on leveraging the latest in digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and technology platforms.

Len’s areas of expertise include strategy and planning, digital marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data analytics. He is adept at managing vendor and agency relationships, enhancing branding and reputation, and driving market research and analysis. His leadership in digital marketing encompasses SEO/SEM, social media, influencer, and content marketing.

Throughout his career, Len has held key leadership roles in various organizations. At FirstLight Home Care, he launched the Los Angeles office and implemented an integrated marketing and communications strategy. As Director of Marketing and Strategy at L.A. Care Health Plan, Len spearheaded comprehensive marketing campaigns and growth strategy for practice transformation programs. He has also successfully raised and managed substantial funding to support large-scale healthcare initiatives.

Len holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Management from Pepperdine University and a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland. He is a certified Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Professional and has earned professional certifications in Apple Search Advertising and Advanced Telehealth.
